New server in Brazil

It took me weeks an d I never would have thought that setting up a server with a new provider could be this difficult, but I've managed in the end.
Please, folks, be considerate. This server is only interesting for people in South America, others certainly have better alternatives. Traffic is more expensive there as it is in other places. We have therefore restricted access to this server from some countries -- please do not take it as an offense but as a gentle reminder that there are other servers for you. If you have a requirement to use this server let us know.
