There are two principal ways how to play World of Warcraft through firewalls and proxies on the Mac. Which one you use is pretty much a matter of taste -- the OpenVPN mode is a generic solutions for games of all kinds, while the WoW2GO solution is a ready-made run-off-the-shelf solution if you just want to get WoW up and running.

Option #1: OpenVPN mode

Check out our OpenVPN mode page for the Mac. Just do as instructed on this page, then start the game.

Option #2: Use WoW2GO from LeapingBytes
