Scheduled maintenance

Dear customers,
one of our providers has scheduled a maintenance window that will affect the Your Freedom service. This window is scheduled for Thursday November 10, 10:00 - 12:00 UTC. During this period, one of our management servers will be down for approximately 10 minutes. There is a backup server and it will kick in automatically, but there may be issues with voucher processing and authentication during this period.
Please bear with us during this period; a full switchover to the backup systems would cause more issues than this short outage.
