  • If you pay via PayPal there is currently an issue. We do not always receive notification from PayPal (please compare PayPal's announcement at and therefore packages sometimes do not get automatically activated. If this happens to you (i.e. your package is not active after 10 minutes) please send an email to and tell us about it. Please include these details: your Your Freedom user name, your PayPal account name (if it differs from your email address), and if possible both our and PayPal's transaction ID. If you have received an email from PayPal about the payment, just forward it to us, it contains all the details.

    If you don't notify us, your payment will nevertheless be processed at some time. We download reports from PayPal's web page and run them through scripts that compare then with our database and process missing transactions.

    PayPal is working on the problem and we hope that it will be solved soon. There is nothing we can do about it but to apologize to you in PayPal's name for the inconvenience.
