Due to overwhelming traffic during the last days we have added another two servers, this time located in the US. Users of these servers will probably benefit from lower round trip times. These servers have now been names "ems01" and "ems02", the existing servers have been re-named "ems03" and "ems04...
Some bugfixes around the Installation Wizard, which should make it easier for the new starters.
People with Versions older than 20040507-01 should upgrade, the ones with 20040507-01 don't really gain anything by the upgrade.
